Delete your account
You can delete your Matzu account and all associated data at any time.
In the app (recommended): open Settings → Delete account and confirm. This permanently deletes your account and all your data from our backend.

This opens an email to support@matzu.ai. Please send it from your account email so we can verify the request.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in identity (name, email, user ID).
- Your saved trips, itineraries, and traveler-profile preferences.
- Your “visited” history and any remaining voice-credit balance.
How long it takes
We process deletion requests within 30 days and email you to confirm once it’s done. Some records may be retained only where required by law (for example, purchase records for tax purposes); these are not used for any other purpose.
